No Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns and refunds for any purchases.

 

Size Exchange (7 Days)

We offer size exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required.

 

How to Request an Exchange

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Item name & requested size
  • Reason for exchange

We will guide you on the next steps once your request is approved.

 

Exchange Methods

1. In-Store Exchange (Recommended)

We encourage customers to visit our store to make the exchange, as it is the fastest and most convenient option.

2. Exchange by Courier

Singapore (Local) 🇸🇬

  • A courier fee of $8 (two-way) will apply
  • This covers both return and re-delivery
  • The process may take up to 7 days, as we need to receive and inspect your item before sending out the exchange

International 🌍

  • Courier fees will vary by destination
  • Please contact us for a shipping quote before proceeding with the exchange.

 

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability
  • If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose:
    • Another available item of equal value, or
    • Store credit
  • Courier exchange fees are non-refundable once arranged
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to defect)

Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Faith Fueled reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the above conditions
