Happy SG61 — Salt & Light in the Little Red Dot

Happy SG61 — Salt & Light in the Little Red Dot

This National Day, Faith Fueled celebrates 61 years of Singapore — a nation built through courage, resilience, unity, and the contributions of generations who call this little red dot home.

As we celebrate how far Singapore has come, we’re also reminded of a simple calling:

To be salt and light wherever God has placed us.

“You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world.”
— Matthew 5:13–14

Why We Designed No. 65

You might look at our National Day jersey and wonder:

“SG61… so why does the jersey say 65?”

The answer is in the design.

+65 is Singapore’s country calling code — something instantly connected to home. But look a little closer at the “+”, and you’ll find something more.

A cross. ✝️

The number 65 therefore carries two meanings: a celebration of our Singapore identity through +65, and a subtle expression of the faith at the heart of Faith Fueled.

We wanted to create something that goes beyond SG61 — a piece you can continue wearing long after National Day is over.

Designed for Singapore. Rooted in Faith.

The jersey takes inspiration from Singapore’s iconic red and white, reimagined through Faith Fueled’s sporty, streetwear aesthetic.

At the back, “Salt & Light” reflects the message behind the design: wherever we are placed — in our workplaces, schools, gyms, churches, families or communities — we are called to make a difference through the way we live.

Not necessarily by being the loudest in the room, but by carrying His light wherever we go.

Celebrating SG61 With Gratitude

Singapore may be a little red dot, but we have been blessed with so much.

This National Day, we celebrate not only our nation’s progress, but also the people, communities and faith that continue to shape our home.

61 years blessed. One nation, many stories, united in purpose.

May Singapore continue to shine bright and be a blessing to the nations.

Happy 61st National Day, Singapore! 🇸🇬❤️

Majulah Singapura.
